Apple sponge tarts....

I got some cooking apples from a friends orchard yesterday so I decided today I was going to bake :).I haven't had apple sponge tarts since forever but alas I have now eaten 3 .............lol

Finished product ......

Dust with icing sugar......

Serve as is,don't want to spoil it with cream ect.....

Edible baby cake topper

This is my favourite cake topper ever,it is so realistic.I made this for my friends Grand-daughters Christening cake tomorrow :)

I love to colour in the creases & make the baby look as real as possible :).Allyshia has dark hair hence the dark hair on the baby !!!

Hmmmm can't imagine this baby been eaten can you ????.......Lol.

I used a first impressions mold for the baby :)

Summertime & the cooking is easy...lol

Sunday was sooo beautiful,I wanted a lazy day & an easy recipe for lunch...I decided to make roasted red pepper & chilly mayo ,chicken sandwich & pasta.It went down a treat with all the family & was quick to make.Desert wasn't eaten because everyone was too full......lol
